Step 1: Client Agreement

I want Attorney Paul Premack to provide a legal opinion/answer to the question that I submit through this internet site. To the best of my ability I will provide complete and accurate information to Mr. Premack, because I understand he relies on the information I provide to formulate my answer.

Location: I agree that legal services are provided only in the State of Texas, and understand that all legal information will be valid only as it relates to Texas law and Texas residents. Venue is in Bexar County.

Fee: The consultation fee is $250, which is the same as Mr. Premack's in-office initial consultation fee. I understand that my question may be unique and complex, and that Mr. Premack will contact me if he thinks that answering my question will take more than 1 hour. He may ask me to authorize additional fees at $250 per hour for his efforts beyond the first hour and if I decline then I withdraw my question and will not be charged. I will pay for this service using my Visa or MasterCard securely online. If I submit a question but do not pay for the consult, Mr. Premack will disregard my submission.

Identity: All identification information I provide to Mr. Premack will be accurate, and the name, address, telephone number and Email address I provide will be accurate.

Conflict: If Mr. Premack has a conflict of interest, my question will be returned without answer and I will not be charged.

Refund Policy: No refund is allowed.

Limits: I recognize that Mr. Premack will be providing consultation services only, and will not represent me in court or before any adjudicative body. I will hire an attorney in my local area if I need other legal services. I do not now desire further legal representation and confirm that Mr. Premack represents me only for the limited purpose described above and on no other matter.
