Paul Premack is a Certified Elder Law Attorney through the
National Elder Law Foundation. He was a founding member of the
Council of Advanced Practitioners of the
National Academy of Elder Law
Attorneys, and has been a NAELA member since 1989. His practice
encompasses estate planning for individuals, couples and
families of all ages, probate to assist surviving heirs when a
family member dies, and elder law to assist clients with
specific legal challenges.
Paul is the author of "The Senior Texan Legal Guide," now in Edition 7.0. He serves on the Board of the Texas Chapter (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys), is a Life Fellow of the San Antonio Bar Foundation and is a Fellow of the College of the State Bar of Texas.
Benjamin Premack manages the Washington Branch of the Premack Law Office. His practice encompasses estate planning for traditional and non-traditional family structures, probate and Pet Trusts. He also provides legal counsel in emerging economic sectors and multimillion dollar established businesses.
Benjamin was admitted to practice in Washington State in 2013, and in Colorado in 2015. His degrees are from The Penn State Dickinson School of Law and The Penn State School of International Affairs. He was invited by the Folke Bernadotte Academy, the Swedish Agency for Peace, Security and Development, to present a paper at their annual workshop in Stockholm, Sweden. Mr. Premack also played an integral role in the establishment of the Work Programme on Loss and Damage at the Secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, a multinational effort to adapt to the stresses and mitigate the negative impacts of climate change.
